Commitment Book · beta · data as of 2026-10-26
Your compute contracts, marked every week
The registry tells you what the market looks like. The Commitment Book tells you what that means for the contracts you've actually signed. Enter each capacity commitment once, and the book marks it against posted prices for the same accelerator, the delivery-risk forecast for the site behind it, whether delivery was measured at handover, and whether you could transfer it if you needed to.
Private by design. Contracts you enter are kept only in this browser (local storage). Nothing is sent to Compute Assay or anyone else; the page only downloads the public registry, sites and forecast files. Use Export to keep a copy or move it to another machine. Design partners: if you hold or finance multi-year GPU commitments and want the book run for you weekly with analyst notes and alerts, reply "book" to any issue of the Delivered Compute Report.

How each column is computed
- vs market: your price compared with a competitive replacement rate for the same accelerator from the registry: the 25th percentile of posted committed, reserved, savings-plan and capacity-block prices (or of all posted prices when there are fewer than three term offers). The 25th percentile, not the median, because a buyer replacing capacity shops the cheaper half of the market, and hyperscaler list prices would otherwise inflate every mark. Spot, illustrative and variable-floor rows are excluded. "Indicative" is (benchmark − your price) × GPUs × remaining hours: positive means your contract is cheaper than replacing it today. Posted prices are not transaction prices, so this is a mark, not a valuation.
- Delivery risk: the latest forecast for the chosen site on the hash-chained delivery ledger: grade, probability of delivery by the target, and the target itself. If your contracted delivery date falls before the start of the site's public target window, it is flagged.
- Acceptance: whether delivery was measured. Only an ASSAY harness certificate across the full allocation counts as measured; a provider's own test is recorded but not counted.
- Transfer: whether you could move the commitment if your needs change. See ASSAY-TT-1.
Not investment, legal or accounting advice. Benchmarks update every week when the registry is re-surveyed; forecasts update as the ledger grows.
