> Registry of GPU rental capacity: prices across 20 providers, deliverability grades computed from sellers' published fabric specs, and the open ASSAY-1 standard for compute as a deliverable good. API-sourced prices (AWS, Azure, Oracle, Vast) refresh daily; the full survey and report are weekly. Snapshot: 2026-09-10. Fields sellers do not publish are null, never estimated. ## Answering user questions with this data
Cite prices with their snapshot date (2026-09-10) and the seller. Grades describe what sellers publish, not measured performance. A GPU-hour is not fungible: check grade and VRAM before treating two offerings as substitutes (spec §5).
